Los soldados combatientes y de servicio de las Fuerzas Militares, que sean dado de baja por inhabilidad relativa y permanente, adquirida en el servicio, tendrán derecho a una indemnización pagadera por el Tesoro Público de cincuenta ($ 50.00) a cuatrocientos ($ 400.00) pesos moneda legal.

Parágrafo

La cuantía de la indemnización, según el grado de invalidez, será fijada de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida el Ministerio de Guerra.
