° Clasificase en los siguientes grupos los vehículos al servicio del Gobierno Nacional: Grupo I . Automóviles con destino al servicio de altos funcionarios , con derecho a chofer y gastos de sostenimiento y mantenimiento. Grupo II. automóviles con destino a funcionarios que los requieran para el mejor funcionamiento del puesto que ocupan, sin derecho a chofer. Grupo III. Vehículos con chofer y gastos de sostenimiento y manteamiento por cuenta del Estado del Puesto necesarios para el funcionamiento de las dependencias del Gobierno.
