°. Incompatibilidades. Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en el Instituto, y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o el segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en él, sino después de un año de producido su retiro.
