Artículo primero. Modifícase el literal a), numeral 1°, ordinal II, transportes y comunicaciones, del artículo 1° del Decreto número 247 del 13 de febrero de 1967, en el sentido de que la partida de setecientos mil pesos ($700.000.00) moneda corriente, destinados a la construcción de la carretera Istminá - Pepé, será aportada con dicho objeto al Fondo Departamental de Caminos Vecinales del Chocó.
