°. Quiénes ejercen la administración de justicia en el ramo civil . La administración de justicia en el ramo civil, se ejerce permanentemente por la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, las salas civiles de los tribunales superiores de distrito judicial, los jueces de circuito, municipales, territoriales y de menores. Lo dispuesto en este Código en relación con los Municipios se aplicará el Distrito Especial de Bogotá. La Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte, los tribunales y los juzgados tendrán los secretarios y demás empleados que determina la ley orgánica de la justicia. CAPÍTULO II Auxiliares de la justicia
