Decreto 1505 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamenta el Sistema Salarial de Evaluación por Méritos para Instructores y Supervisores -SSMIS- del SENA, establecido por el Decreto-ley número 187 de 1987.

INCORPORACION DE LOS INSTRUCTORES Y SUPERVISORES. Los Instructores y Supervisores que como resultado de la aplicación del SSEMIS, deban ser ubicados en grado de remuneración diferente al actual, deberán ser incorporados en los cargos de la planta de personal con estricta sujeción a lo establecido en el artículo 32 del presente Decreto y no requerirán formalidad distinta que la firma del acta de posesión correspondiente.

Parágrafo

Para los efectos de la aplicación del SSEMIS, la denominación Supervisor hace referencia al cargo de Supervisor de Programa.
