Art. 24 Todo buque de vapor que navegue en el rio Magdalena llevará siempre a bordo, i en buen estado, una máquina de apagar incendios, provista do todos los aparatos necesarios al afecto. El buque que falte a esta disposición pagará una multa de $ 300.
