LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 78. PRIMA DE ACADEMIA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA. Los Oficiales de la Policía Nacional, con título de Oficial diplomado en Academia Superior de Policía, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del sueldo básico.
