Artículo quinto . ACTIVIDADES DE LA ZONA FRANCA. La Zona Franca podrá ejercer todas las actividades directamente relacionadas con su objeto y en especial las siguientes

a)

Construir inmuebles para oficinas, almacenes, depósitos o talleres destinados a su propio uso o al de los usuarios de la respectiva entidad;

b)

Dar o recibir en arrendamiento o a cualquier otro título lotes de terreno o instalaciones para el cumplimiento de sus objetivos;

c)

Construir dentro de sus instalaciones, puertos, aeropuertos, muelles y lugares de embarque o desembarque estaciones ferroviarias y terminales de cargue y descargue terrestre;

d)

Establecer y organizar la prestación de servicios de acueducto, alcantarillado, energía eléctrica, teléfono, telecomunicaciones, gas y en general, cualquier servicio público o contratar con otras entidades la prestación de los mismos;

e)

Las demás actividades que conforme a la ley le corresponda desarrollar.
