Prohibición uso del uniforme en estado de separación. El Agente separado de la Policía Nacional en forma absoluta, perderá el derecho a usar el uniforme y las condecoraciones y los distintivos que se le hubieren conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal, se le suspenderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de separación.
