Manejo presupuestal para las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible . Para efectos de aplicar lo dispuesto en el presente capítulo a las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible receptoras de Asignaciones Directas, cuando el artículo se refiere a entidades territoriales, alcaldes o gobernadores, secretarías de planeación, asambleas o concejos, y planes de desarrollo territorial, se entenderá por quien haga sus veces en la respectiva corporación autónoma regional y de desarrollo sostenible.
