º . Dirección y Administración. La dirección, administración y representación de la sociedad serán ejercidas por los siguientes órganos principales

a)

La Asamblea General de Accionistas;

b)

La Junta Directiva y

c)

El Presidente.

Parágrafo 1

Mientras la sociedad tenga la condición de empresa oficial de servicios públicos se mantendrá la estructura prevista en el presente Artículo 5º.

Parágrafo 2

Los miembros de la Junta Directiva serán designados por el Presidente de la República.
