La Junta de Inmigración tendrá un Secretario Tesorero, que será de su libre nombramiento y remoción. Dicho empleado tendrá un sueldo mensual hasta cincuenta pesos ($50), a juicio de la Junta, y asegurará su manejo y rendira sus cuentas de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales sobre la materia.
