Articulo 34. Control fiscal . La Contraloría General de la República ejercerá la vigilancia fiscal de la Empresa, y dictará reglamentos especiales a fin de agilizar al máximo el cumplimiento de os objetivos industriales y comerciales de la Empresa, y sin que pueda intervenir en su marcha administrativa.
