ARTICULO 86. RESERVA DE LAS PRUEBAS . Las pruebas aplicadas o a utilizarse en los procesos de selección tienen carácter reservado y sólo serán de conocimiento de los empleados responsables de su elaboración, o de las instancias previstas en el presente Decreto, cuando requieran conocerlas en desarrollo de sus competencias.
