Las decisiones que se adopten sin observancia de los requisitos de convocatoria y quórum, sin el número de votos establecido legal o estatutariamente o excediendo el objeto legal de las cajas de compensación familiar, no serán válidas, previa calificación de la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar. El cumplimiento de las adoptadas con carácter individual no podrá exigirse a los afiliados ausentes o disidentes.
