Los médicos o los veterinarios que, por cualquier motivo, certifiquen falsamente o incurran en errores culposos en las certificación o labores que según esta Ley puedan o deban desempeñar, serán removidos de los cargos públicos que ocupen. Estas medidas serán tomadas administrativamente .
