Artículo único. Concédese al Sarjento mayor graduado, Ezequiel Ramírez, la cantidad de setecientos pesos como premio por haber ejecutado el servicio importante estraordinario, de salvar la mayor parte del parque de la 2.ª Division del Ejército del Sur, el 24 de enero de 1877. Dicha suma le será pagada del Tesoro de la Union.
