Durante la exhibición de producciones nacionales de largometraje no se presentarán películas colombianas de cortometraje; con todo, si se presentaren, no se podrá hacer efectivo el sobreprecio correspondiente.

Parágrafo

El sobreprecio fijado para la exhibición de largometrajes colombianos, será exclusivamente para el productor de la película.
