Si convocada la Asamblea, ésta no sesiona por falta de quórum, se citará para una nueva reunión que sesionará y decidirá válidamente con un número plural de propietarios por mayoría de votos, cualquiera que sea la cantidad de porcentajes de participación o coeficientes de copropiedad en su caso, representados en la reunión.
