Previa publicación en el Diario Oficial , el presente Decreto entra en vigencia a partir del 15 de agosto de 2019, por el término de dos (2) años, y modifica en lo pertinente al artículo 3° del Decreto 1280 de 2017. Vencido este término, se reestablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto 2153 de 2016 o las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o deroguen.
