DIRECCION DE LA AUDIENCIA. Corresponde al presidente del consejo verbal de guerra la dirección de la audiencia y tendrá las siguientes atribuciones

Hacer guardar el orden.

Resolver la procedencia e improcedencia de las interpretaciones que se hagan en el desarrollo del debate.

Amonestar a los presentes al momento de la instalación del consejo verbal de guerra, sobre el comportamiento que deben observar en su desarrollo, con la advertencia de las sanciones pertinentes.

Ordenar los recesos que considere oportunos.
