Los contratos que celebren los funcionarios en quienes la Presidencia de la República delegue las atribuciones señaladas en el artículo 1°. del presente Decreto, no requerirán para su validez de ninguna aprobación o revisión posterior cuando su cuantía sea hasta de $ 100.000.00. Si el valor de ellos excediere de dicha suma, solo necesitaran para su perfeccionamiento de la aprobación del Gobierno, previo concepto favorable del Consejo de Ministros.
