Una vez cumplidos los requisitos expuestos en el artículo precedente, se extenderá en el libro de registro una diligencia en que consten todos los pormenores de la solicitud de tal registro y de la patente correspondiente, los del arqueo, y las pruebas relativas a la buena pertenencia, estructura, clase, nombre, porte, lugar de la construcción y estado del buque.
