A partir del 1º de enero de 1985, los funcionarios que desempeñan los cargos de carácter administrativo denominado Director de Ayudas Educativas del INEM Y vinculados antes del 31 de diciembre de 1981, devengarán como sueldo básico mensual la suma de cuarenta y seis mil quinientos pesos ($ 46.500); y los nombrados a partir del primero (1º) de enero de 1982 la suma de treinta y siete mil ciento ochenta pesos ($ 37.180) mensuales.
