La publicidad encaminada a promover los valores que hayan sido objeto de una calificación por parte de una sociedad calificadora de valores autorizada por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia deberán mencionar la calificación que se haya otorgado a los mismos, cualquiera sea el medio utilizado para su promoción.
