SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS. Dentro del término para llevar a cabo el proceso de reestructuración de la entidad a que se refiere este Decreto, la Junta Directiva suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dichas decisiones.
