Las sociedades administradoras de depósitos centralizados de valores o el Banco de la República en administración del Depósito Central de Valores, al recibir títulos con rendimientos anticipados sujetos a la retención en la fuente y realizar el respectivo registro o anotación en cuenta, deberán consignar que los rendimientos del título se sometieron a la correspondiente retención en la fuente, todo de conformidad con la información que el agente retenedor suministre en la constancia de que trata el artículo octavo del presente decreto,
