La Imprenta Nacional funcionará como una dependencia del establecimiento público denominada Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, Igualmente continuará funcionando, conforme a las disposiciones vigentes, el Fondo de Trabajo a que se refieren los artículos 18 y 21 del Decreto 2568 de 1959, 31 del Decreto 1718 de 1960 y 8º del Decreto 3314 de 1963.
