Decreto 1198 de 1999 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 124 de la Ley 388 de 1997

º. Las resoluciones administrativas de transferencia de unidades habitacionales o comerciales a que se refiere este decreto deberán contener

a)

Nombre, apellido, estado civil, domicilio e identificación del adquirente;

b)

La especificación del inmueble por su ubicación, linderos, nomenclatura, número de matrícula inmobiliaria, registro catastral, área y opcionalmente por el procedimiento de identificación predial prevista en el Decreto 2157 de 1995;

c)

Título antecedente en virtud del cual la Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de los Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, adquirió el bien objeto de la resolución;

d)

Constitución del patrimonio de familia en los casos de ley;

e)

Afectación a vivienda familiar, cuando sea el caso; f) precio del inmueble.
