° . El Prefecto y los Inspectores del Comercio de Oro podrán solicitar de las autoridades la ayuda que sea necesaria en sus labores, y tendrán derecho de penetrar, sin requisito alguno, a los barcos surtos en los puertos marítimos y fluviales de la República si así lo requiere el cumplimiento de sus deberes. De la misma manera podrán comisionar, para la práctica de diligencias, a los Alcaldes Municipales y a los Visitadores, Administradores y Recaudadores de Hacienda Nacional.
