º . El artículo 117 del Decreto 564 de 2006 quedará así: "Artículo 117. Expensas en los casos de expedición de licencias de construcción individual de vivienda de interés social. Las solicitudes de licencia de construcción individual de vivienda de interés social unifamiliar o bifamiliar en los estratos 1, 2 y 3, generarán en favor del curador una expensa única equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos diarios legales vigentes al momento de la radicación por cada unidad de vivienda. En estos casos, las expensas se liquidarán al 50%, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 11 de la Ley 810 de 2003".
