- ATRIBUCIONES. Los contralores distritales y municipales, tendrán, además de lo establecido en el Artículo 272 de la Constitución Política, las siguientes atribuciones: Proveer mediante los procedimientos de la carrera administrativa, los empleos de su dependencia y reglamentar los permisos y licencias de conformidad con la ley (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 165, nral. 7).
