º Cuando fallezca un empleado al servicio. de la Administración Postal Nacional, la entidad pagará con cargo al respectivo presupuesto los gastos funerarios correspondientes, por un monto equivalente al salario mínimo legal vigente en el momento del fallecimiento. El pago se efectuará mediante la presentación de los comprobantes respectivos debidamente autenticados, a la persona que demuestre haber sufragado los gastos.
