º. El numeral 2º del artículo 20 del Decreto 814 de 1994 quedara así: "2o. El Fondo podrá asumir hasta el ochenta por ciento (80%) de los efectos económicos que representen aquellos pasivos ocultos que excedan de mil (1.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. El Banco Popular asumirá la diferencia."
