Mientras se determina el procedimiento para los asuntos que corresponderán a la jurisdicción de la familia, siempre que sea necesaria la intervención del juez para los fines previstos en esta Ley, se seguirá el procedimiento verbal regulado en los artículos 442 a 448 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
