Responsables del reporte. Serán responsables de reportar información al Sistema Único de Información de la Niñez (SUIN) las entidades del orden nacional y territorial encargadas de suministrar la información sobre la garantía de los derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.

Parágrafo

Las entidades obligadas a reportar información al Sistema deberán cumplir con las disposiciones impartidas por la Ley 1581 de 2012 y el Capítulo 25 del Título 2 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1074 de 2015, y demás normas reglamentarias referentes a la protección y divulgación de datos personales.
