Artículo único. Derogase el Decreto 750 de 1912 en la parte que no lo haya sido por los artículos 1°, 3°, y 8° de la Ley 76 de 1915. El Ministerio de Guerra podrá comisionar al empleado de su dependencia que estime conveniente para ejercer las funciones de Visitador Fiscal de la guarnición de Bogotá. Comuníquese y publíquese.
