Artículo segundo . Esta disposición se aplicará a los viáticos causados con anterioridad a este Decreto, salvo cuando la ausencia del lugar de la residencia del empleado fuera de la Zona correspondiente haya sido superior a diez (10) días, caso en el cual tendrá derecho a los viáticos que le hubieren sido reconocidos por resolución dicta en forma legal.
