Art. 1.º Autorízase al poder Ejecutivo para que pueda invertir hasta dos anualidades del ausilio que se concedió al Colejio de Santa Librada de la ciudad de Neiva, en la compra de los aparatos i útiles mas indispensables para la enseñanza de las ciencias de que trata la citada lei.
