El Juez decreta el emplazamiento de las personas que se crean con derecho a la capellanía o patronato en la forma establecida en el artículo 937.

El edicto se fija en el Juzgado donde se sigue el Juicio y el Municipal del lugar en donde se hallen los bienes, si éste es distinto.
