°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto determinar el uso de los recursos establecidos en los artículos 6° y 8° de la Ley 1393 de 2010, recaudados a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de dicha ley, y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2010, y de los saldos de liquidación resultantes de la liquidación de los contratos suscritos para garantizar el aseguramiento de la población durante el período comprendido entre el 1° de octubre de 2009 y el 31 de marzo de 2011.
