Trámite. Recibida la solicitud, la Corte examinará si refine los requisitos exigidos en el artículo anterior; si los refine la admitirá en el mismo auto solicitará el proceso de cuya revisión se trata. Recibido el proceso, se ordenará traslado por cinco días al Fiscal General de la Nación para que por si o por medio de sus agentes, se haga parte en el recurso, si este no hubiere sido el recurrente,
