Decreto 2285 de 2023 · por el cual se retira del servicio al señor Alberto Montoya Montoya, Notario Diecisiete (17) del Círculo Notarial de Cali, Valle del Cauca, por haber alcanzado la edad de retiro forzoso.

Retiro del Servicio del Notario Diecisiete (17) del Círculo Notarial de Cali, Valle del Cauca. Retírese del servicio, a partir de la fecha, al señor Alberto Montoya Montoya, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 6245790 de Dagua, Valle del Cauca, quien se encuentra desempeñando el cargo de Notario Diecisiete (17) del Círculo Notarial de Cali, Valle del Cauca, en propiedad, por cumplimiento de la edad de retiro forzoso.

Parágrafo

El señor Alberto Montoya Montoya, no podrá separase del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarlo.
