º Las disposiciones del artículo 1.º de la presente Ley se refieren únicamente al servicio de legalizaciones; no se extienden a la legalidad de los pagos en referencia ni al examen ni fenecimiento o glosa de las respectivas cuentas, y tienen solo por objeto la saldación y eliminación de estas partidas en la cuenta de gastos de las respectivas vigencias.
