Las Juntas Municipales deberán imponer multas a las personas que se nieguen a prestar los servicios que se les exijan para la formación del censo, en los términos prescritos por la Ley de 1º. de abril de 1958, y los Alcaldes están obligados a velar porque las multas impuestas se hagan efectivas.
