De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 267 de la Constitución Política, se autoriza que el control fiscal que ordinariamente correspondería a la Contraloría General de la República sobre los recursos que integran el Fondo , se contrate con empresas privadas colombianas, de conformidad con los procedimientos establecidos en la misma norma constitucional.
