Art. 10. Suprímense la Comandancia en Jefe del Ejército, las Comandancias generales y Estados Mayores Divisionarios, las Jefaturas Militares, á excepción de la del Táchira, que continuará con la organización que hoy tiene, y en general todas las oficinas, empleos ó dependencias militares que no queden comprendidas expresamente en este Decreto, debiendo pasar los documentos y archivos respectivos al Estado Mayor general, para que allí se distribuyan ó se les dé el curso correspondiente.
