Art. 70. En todo caso puede remitirse los autos a perdimiento de parte, por medio de espejos o correos extraordinarios costeados por ella, siempre que estos sean a satisfacción del juez remitente y se despachen por conducto de la administración respetiva conforme a las leyes y reglamento de correos.
