Para los gastos de la obra ferroviaria de que trata la presente Ley, destínase la cantidad de seiscientos mil pesos ($600.000) anuales como mínimum, que el Gobierno tomará de cada uno de los contados segundo, tercero, cuarto y quinto de la indemnización norteamericana.
